Lamb raised all natural and finished on the highest quality grasses and forages of irrigated pastures in Klamath County, OR.  Lambs are grass fed and finished with no antibiotics or hormones added and are 7-8 months at butcher age which results in very tender cuts of meat.

Southdown cross bred lambs are known for their ease of finishing on grass and carcass superiority! Carcass weights range from 60-75 lbs. for a whole lamb.
